Grad/ UG Fresher or upto 2 years of Technical support
Provide L1/L2 Support to End Users for Hardware / Products on Inbound Calls
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple screens at the same time and handle order processing on Calls
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Prioritize and manage time effectively, while handling multiple priorities
Provide First Call Resolution and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
Should have a reliable and fast WiFi connection at home
Should be ready to connect via video during training and 1 on 1 discussions
Should have a safe and suitable work environment at home
Should be able to work as per the break/lunch timings allocated by the supervisor
Candidate should be willing to work from office
Flexible to work in 24*7 work environment
Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly off
