Worked in at-least 2 implementation / roll-out projects in earlier engagements covering SAP CRM functional role for CRM sales, marketing, customer service, sub areas

·         Experience in Organizational Model (OM) and its concepts

·         Defining hierarchies and assign attributes to the employees accordingly

·         Handling business transactions

·         Transaction Type Configurations

·         Create Business Partners (BP) and manage the associated functions

·         Good Knowledge and work experience in Appointments, Actions, Surveys, Partner Profiles.

·         Work experience in One order model.

·         Customer Interaction center (CIC), Text id’s,

·         WebUI configurations, W
