Roles & Responsibilities:
-The position's primary role involves testing of network performance monitoring applications.
-In this position you will be expected to have quick learning ramp up with minimal handholding.
-You will have access to all training documentation, user/developer guides and the product software which are required for learning the application.
-The job involves interacting with offshore customers in Europe and US.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions.
-Knowledge of networking concepts, NMS, LAN/WAN, VLANs, Routing, Networking, etc. is a plus.
-Highly driven and motivated self-learner.
-Team player who approaches work with a cheerful attitude.
-Takes ownership and pride in work.
-Knowledge of Linux/Unix is a plus.
