- Experience building consumer products for a variety of audiences and industries (preferably with some marketplace and live video experience)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the product roadmap, product strategy, and execution of roadmap.
- Be a partner to stakeholders throughout the organization and engineering, managing multiple complex projects from conception to design, development, launch, and optimization
- Ensure the engineering team is operating effectively by clearly communicating priorities, identifying and solving roadblocks, and facilitating collaboration
- Clearly communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to stakeholder teams, external community, and leadership
- Balance trade-offs between internal and external (partner or seller community) feature requests, site management and infrastructure, and technical constraints
- Collect and provide insightful qualitative and quantitative data to turn ideas/requests into product briefs and drive prioritization
Required Non-Negotiable:
- 6 or more years of experience as a Product Manager
- A strong sense of consumer experiences
- Successful collaboration with the distributed team around the world
- Early-stage experience (ideally consumer product)
